Prime Maldives, in collaboration with the Huvadhu Atoll Uthuruburi Nilandhoo Council, has successfully conducted an agricultural training program in Nilandhoo. This initiative is part of the ongoing "Namoona Dhan'duveriya" program, spearheaded by Prime Maldives.
The training, which took place from July 8th to July 12th, 2024, was attended by 51 enthusiastic participants. The focus of this session was on hydroponics farming, an advanced and efficient agricultural technique.
Participants expressed their excitement and appreciation for the program. “We are so much excited to start hydroponics in Nilandhoo. The information given was invaluable” one attendee noted.
Prime Maldives' "Namoona Dhan’duveriyaa” program is a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative aimed at advancing farming and agricultural techniques across the Maldives. To date, Prime Maldives has trained 620 farmers across the country, making significant strides in enhancing local agricultural practices.
