In August, we held a refresher training for our pest control technicians at Prime Environmental Services, reaffirming our dedication to excellence. The session highlighted critical elements of our operations, with a primary focus on Integrated Pest Management (IPM). We emphasized the significance of this eco-friendly approach, which integrates prevention, monitoring, and targeted interventions to control pests efficiently while reducing the reliance on chemicals.
Safety was another critical focus. We reminded our technicians to wear proper attire and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during service treatments, ensuring their well-being and the safe execution of their duties.
The training also covered the importance of following correct application methods and mixing ratios for chemicals. Precision in these areas ensures effective pest control while protecting the environment and non-target species.
Lastly, we stressed the importance of maintaining equipment to ensure effective and efficient treatments. Proper maintenance extends the lifespan of our tools and enhances the quality of our services.
This refresher training strengthened our technicians' skills and reaffirmed our commitment to delivering top-tier pest control services.
