On June 3, 2024, Prime Environmental Services brought some buzz to Constance Halaveli Resort with an engaging Pest Control Training Awareness Program. Fourteen eager members of the Engineering department joined us for a day filled with learning, interactive activities, and a deeper dive into the world of pest management.
The training kicked off with identifying common pests and highlighting the importance of a pest control plan. Participants discovered how quickly these pests multiply and adapt to human environments, making them tricky adversaries. We then delved into the life cycles of various pests and the conditions that help them thrive, equipping the team with the knowledge to tackle pest problems before they get out of hand.
Health risks posed by pests were a major focus, with discussions on how pests spread diseases and cause allergic reactions, reinforcing the need for stringent pest control measures to maintain a safe and healthy resort. To keep things lively, we incorporated interactive sessions and real-life examples, ensuring everyone could apply what they learned in practical scenarios.
By the end of the training, the Engineering team at Constance Halaveli Resort was armed with valuable insights and practical tools to keep the resort pest-free, enhancing their skills and contributing to a safer environment for all.
